There are many different trekking courses with varying levels of difficulty in terms of elevation gain and distance. At higher locations, you can enjoy viewing plants that are not typically seen in everyday life.

Unlike regular walking, using trekking poles allows for movement of muscles throughout the entire body, making it an effective aerobic exercise. Anyone can easily get started.

We offer electric bicycles, so even hills are a breeze. There are various courses where you can experience the nature of Shiga Kogen, so please inquire for more information.

Designated as a "Forest Therapy Road." It is recommended for times when you want to exercise before breakfast or when you want to enjoy a light exercise.
Take a deep breath surrounded by nature and relax.

At the "Wellness Club" on the first floor of the hotel, you can do stretching, yoga, balance ball exercises, step-ups, and more.
Use the time of your stay to keep your body in shape.

Shiga Kogen, one of the largest ski resorts in Japan with 18 areas and 50 lifts. You can even transfer lifts to neighboring ski resorts. Snowshoeing is also available for snowfield walks.
